it's in our DNA
‘Magnolia’, ‘vanilla’, ‘blah’ – all words used to describe blandness and conformity. We are all symptoms of our environment and it's little wonder that some design is tired, predictable and pallid. Artisan is different. The unique environment at Artisan is what makes our work inspired, interesting and impactful – boosting sales, increasing buzz and launching new brands.
The Artisan way has been crafted over 15 successful years. Our DNA ensures our work, and working with us, is never dull and always creates a reaction.

photography
Imagery is at the heart of everything we do and its importance is reflected in our state-of-the-art in-house photographic studio. Our photographers work closely with the design team and a quick-turnaround and competitive price-tag is guaranteed.
literature
The best literature encourages the reader to turn the pages and really want to find out more. After many years of creating award winning brochures and presenters we know all the elements that are required to deliver enticing, engaging and effective work.
sales support
Few things are as important and challenging as sales material. The work may need to work just as well with a cold lead as a warm one. It needs to be surprising and informative. Artisan ensures its clients remain one-step in front of the competition.
direct mail
It's still one of the most effective sales tools. Yet too much direct mail goes straight into the bin. We create attention grabbing pieces that deliver a message and call-to-action. Our clients like the creativity and care and they love the return-on-investment.
packaging
A great product demands great packaging and a truly 3D perspective. Our designers will create surface graphics or design a pack from scratch. We are always conscious of the brand, the target audience and creating ‘stand-out’ in a cluttered environment.
advertising
Brand and product advertising continues to play an important role in the marketing mix. We work tirelessly to determine the qualities of a brand and the benefits of a product. That's why our advertising campaigns are enduring and award-winning.
brand identity
We are often asked to develop new brand identities. It's one of the most exciting jobs for any design firm. A brand ‘look and feel’ needs to reflect the personality and values of the company while capturing the spirit of the market and the needs of the user.
new media
Creating the right solution for our clients often means looking to new media to see how it can be utilised to make their consumers journey an exiting and innovative one. From creatively designed websites to mobile phone apps, we can integrate them seamlessly into the overall design solution.
